| Engineering Project Team |

| Gain an experienced team of experts in architecture, civil & structure, mechanical & electrical, fire-fighting, town planner, landscape architect etc. to provide an outstanding engineering design to meet our Client’s requirements as well as compliance to the engineering code of practice. |

| Feasibility Study/ Budgeting and Estimating |
|
| To provide budgeting cost, carry out feasibility studies, appraisals, and to ensure it is feasible in terms of functionality, technically and financially. |

|
| Regulatory Submission Compliance |
|
| Layout planning, comply with the relevant building regulations, local authority requirement for the application of Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC). |

|
| |
| Design Review |
|
| Coordinating the design team and other professional consultants, reviewing and examining all plans produced, and liaison with the relevant authorities for approval. |
|
|
| Tender/ Procurement |
|
| Assisting our Client in calling for prequalification tenders, preparing tender documents, and specifications, carry out tender bid exercises for various packages of work. |
|
|
| Contract and Legal Considerations |
|
| Advising on the tender terms and Conditions of Contracts, Preparing the contract document, to prepare Letter of Intent (LOI) and Letter of Acceptance (LA). |

|
| |
| Scheduling |
|
| Keep construction project on track, reduce technical risks and prevent construction errors. |
|
|
| Reporting/ meetings |
|
| Convening meeting with client and contractor at least once a month, and acting as Chairman of such Project Management Meeting. |
|
|
| Construction Management |
|
| To ensure timely completion of the Project and instructing the Contractors on any incomplete works and defects, monitoring of project progress, take reasonable measures to control progress, arrange for site inspection, monitor any defect, and arrange for repair works. |
|
|
| |
| Payment Certification |
| |
| Recommending the certification, issuing necessary certificates as specified in the contract. |
|
|
| Quality Control/ Compliance |
| |
| To ensure that the building plant installations and all services operate in conformity with the requirements and design specifications, supervise and controlling of all test on site, As a witnesses of all test carried out by the contractor, to arrange for inspection, to ensure the quality of works when necessary and to prepare the report before handling over to the client |

| Attend local authority inspection to assist client in obtaining the relevant approval and Certificate of Completion & Compliance (CCC) |
